All levels are welcome—no prior yoga or cooking experience needed.
We offer three tiers based on your preference for privacy:
Private Rooms – full retreat immersion
Shared Rooms – comfort and connection
Community Sleeping (Mats) – a more accessible option
All participants receive the same full retreat experience regardless of accommodation.

Pay bi-weekly with flex payment plans.
Schedule your sessions. You can meet with your instructor semi-weekly (twice a week), weekly (once a week) or bi-weekly (twice a month)
All sessions are one (1) hour in length
Sessions occur at Shambhala Yoga & Dance Center, unless another location is discussed prior to session.
Payment must be arranged before sessions can begin
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties
Sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours count as a missed session.
