What should you bring?

  • A Yoga mat!

  • We’ll be right off the beach, so a bathing suit (or something you don’t mind getting wet) is a must!

  • Pack comfortable clothes for yoga and active wear.

  • Sneakers for excursions & hikes.

  • Each day will consist of an itinerary. You are welcome to plan for more or do less. We encourage you to listen to your body and honor your own needs.

  • Please inform us of any injuries or allergies so that we can make accommodations for your stay.
