Join us for this one hour long yoga class. Students will
be invited to connect their mind and body through breath
and movement. This class is taught with no music. Lights
remain on at all times and the yoga teacher will not make
any physical adjustments. Classes include breathing
exercises, yoga poses and guided relaxation.
Come as you are!
• No experience necessary
• Beginners are welcome
• Wear any comfortable clothes
• Yoga mats provided
