  • Daily yoga (energizing morning flows + restorative evening sessions)

You won’t just be served meals—you’ll learn how to create them.

All levels are welcome—no prior yoga or cooking experience needed.

We offer three tiers based on your preference for privacy:

  • Private Rooms – full retreat immersion

  • Shared Rooms – comfort and connection

  • Community Sleeping (Mats) – a more accessible option

All participants receive the same full retreat experience regardless of accommodation.
