For a long time, I taught yoga, mindfulness, and self-awareness — while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in patterns I couldn’t seem to change.

I’m exploring what it looks like to close the gap between what we know and how we actually live — with structure, compassion, and integrity.
